Work location
Team Chabo works from the office every Monday and Tuesday, at the least. Staff members are also occasionally required to travel — to the office or other locations — to meet with clients or attend events, regardless of the week day (weekends excluded).

Communication agent & Project coordinator
Salary: $45,000 to 55,000, based on experience
Hours: Full time; permanent; 37.5 hrs/week
Location: L’Orignal, ON
Summary
You will work closely with the creative director to establish and implement communication plans and marketing strategies. In charge of managing the social media of various clients and special projects, you will ensure, among other things, communication with clients, the smooth running of projects, as well as the writing and distribution of various texts, tailored to the distribution method and target market.
Under the supervision of the project manager, you will ensure that deadlines are met, that customer requests are fulfilled, and that the product is delivered to its highest quality. You are responsible for maintaining budgets, invoicing and work schedules for various projects, as well as creating periodic project reports. You will also oversee the agency’s communications activities and keep an eye on outreach opportunities for Chabo and its clients.

The web designer works in unison with the web and design teams, directors, and coordinators to successfully deliver projects. Note COVID-19
La santé de notre équipe est notre priorité. Pour cette raison, les membres de l’équipe Chabo travaillent de la maison depuis mars 2020, et ce, pour une période indéterminée. Durant cette période, la majorité des rencontres se font par visioconférence. Toutefois, il est attendu que les membres de l’équipe soient en mesure de se déplacer au bureau – où autre lieu – selon les besoins des clients, tout en respectant les mesures préventives recommandées par le bureau de santé.
Une fois la pandémie résolue, l’équipe travaillera en mode hybride maison-bureau. Il sera attendu que chaque membre de l’équipe travaille du bureau, situé au 129, chemin Front Ouest à L’Orignal, un minimum d’une journée par semaine.
